STUDENT ABSENCES:
When given a week’s notice or more of an upcoming absence, recurring lessons will not be charged for a missed lesson. When given less than a week’s notice, the student will be billed and allowed a makeup. Students are allowed 4 make-up lessons per year as the schedule allows. Make up lessons are not guaranteed and are only as the schedule allows. Students are responsible for reaching out to schedule makeup lessons. Lesson cancellations without at least 24 hours notice will be charged and not made up, including no-call no-shows. All other missed lessons will be forfeited. You have until December 31st to complete any make-ups. Any missed make-up lessons will be forfeited. Make up lessons do not roll over to the following year.

TEACHER ABSENCES:
If Bethany is out, this will not count as an absence and you will not be charged. You will be offered times to complete a makeup lesson (in addition to the 4 listed above) if you choose to do so. At the time of that makeup lesson you will be charged.

ONLINE LESSONS:
Online lessons are also offered as an option for regularly scheduled lessons and also if the student is ill and can not come to physical lessons. If you are interested in online lessons, mention it in the "additional time preference and notes" section of the lesson inquiry form.

TERMINATING LESSONS:
To terminate recurring lessons, submit a request to Bethany via email at BethanyBeckerMusic@gmail.com. If you terminate lessons before make-ups are completed you will forfeit those make ups as well. Please provide feedback and reason for termination.
