STUDENT ABSENCES:
Weekly recurring students are allowed one scheduled absence within each calendar month in the months of August through May. For the months of June and July each weekly recurring student is allowed two scheduled absences. Bethany must be given 24 hours of notice or more of upcoming absences. 
Absences exceeding the allotted amount per month, with less than a 24 hour notice, and no shows will be billed and will not have the chance to be made up. On occasion a student may be able to reschedule their lesson during the same week. Reschedules are as the schedule allows and are not guaranteed. 
One-off lessons are not eligible for cancellation or rescheduling.
Exceptions to this policy will be made for student illnesses and emergencies.

TEACHER ABSENCES:
If Bethany is out, this will not count as an absence and you will not be charged.​

ONLINE LESSONS:
Online lessons are offered as an option for regularly scheduled lessons and if a student is ill and cannot come to physical lessons. If you are interested in online lessons, mention it in the "additional time preference and notes" section of the lesson inquiry form. Online lessons follow the same cancellation policies as in person lessons.

TERMINATING LESSONS:

To terminate recurring lessons, submit a request to Bethany via email at BethanyBeckerMusic@gmail.com. Please provide feedback and reason for termination.
